For on-time delivery, the company is responsible for following the customer's requirements as mentioned in the order. In case any of the company's commitments have been broken or say, violated - then the customer is subjected to a partial or full reimbursement as per the company's policy.
If the service we provide fails to fulfill the responsibility, then as per the company's policy, you have the right to request reimbursement.

They are No Delivery, Partial Delivery, or Customer Cancellation
- Tutor Not Assigned - One of the rarest situations, but it happens sometimes. The refund is 100% always. And when such a situation comes, then you need to not worry as you will be updated as soon as possible.
- When the tutor was confirmed, and the deadline passed, But then, you also decided to cancel the given order. In this instance, the reimbursement ranges from 100% to 75% in order to compensate for the tutor's and the company's efforts to deliver the goods and services you ordered.
- The customer chose to cancel the transaction even though the teacher was confirmed and more than half of the deadline had already passed. To compensate for the tutor's and the company's efforts to fulfill your order request, the refund amount may range from 50% to 0%.
- Delivery Late: The chances are less for this to happen- the tutor gets ill or, for instance, due to some other emergency situations. You, the Customer, have the right to request a refund when there are delays. And it happens only when the customer has not downloaded the work that is submitted by the writer. The buyer is not eligible for a refund once the tutor's work has been downloaded, as it is considered used.
- All orders will be delivered on schedule. Delays can occasionally occur when the consumer uploads the necessary materials too late. In this case, a refund is not possible. For this reason, while placing the original order, it is usually preferable to send all relevant information about the assignment, including any extra sources that need to be used simultaneously.
Work description is different
The customer gets customized work according to the requirements provided by the customer to the company. The customer gets the draft first, and then it is followed by the feedback given by the customer to the company.
- Disputed claims: The business must take the customer's concerns into account and address any problems if the client is unhappy with the work's quality and requirements and would like a refund. Customers can seek corrections up to 30/45/60 days from the original submission date for Limited, Standard, and Premium plans, respectively, depending on the plan they have chosen. Within seven days of receiving the service, the customer has the right to request a refund if they are still unhappy, as long as they can provide pertinent documentation. The outcome of the investigation, which is heavily reliant on the case's facts and the customer's submitted documentation, will determine whether the refund claim is accepted or rejected.
- Plagiarized content: The buyer must furnish a third-party verifiable report within 72 hours of obtaining the tutor's work if there is a claim that it contains plagiarism. Should the claim be verified, the consumer will receive a complete reimbursement.
Work description is different
- Order Duplicacy Accidental: In case the customer has placed a duplicate order by mistake, then one needs to connect with the company within 24 hours of payment for the duplicate order. And then request for a refund. A complete refund will be given if it turns out that the order was accidentally placed and was a duplicate.
- Accidental Duplicate Transaction: Upon submitting a request, a 100% refund will be given if an additional or duplicate payment is made for the same order for which payment has already been made.
Not entitled to a refund if:
- If you have received lower grades, then remember that we do not guarantee grades here. Papers that are provided are customised as draft samples only or say for a reference point of view. They are not supposed to be used for submission and also not to be submitted directly as one's own work.
- If the deadline is changed, then the previously mentioned refunds, which are due to delay and the re-calculation of the cost, are not applicable when the end dates are different.

Editing and formatting are solely used for more detailed corrections and feedback regarding spelling, formatting, subject matter, flow, grammar, and/or other comparable aspects; they do not result in significant changes to the original manuscript.
- Documentary evidence and procedure: If the client fails to submit claims, complaints, or refund requests within the timeframes and procedures mentioned above.
Timelines and process for responses & refunds
A client's perception of the caliber of the job and its delivery may differ from the tutor's due to the subjective nature of the task. In these circumstances, in order to be eligible for a refund, the client must submit all claims, complaints, and refund requests in accordance with the following guidelines:
- 7 working days for evaluating and working on the request of the customer.
- All claims, complaints, and refund requests must be submitted via the customer's online account, accompanied by the necessary supporting documentation, and in accordance with the guidelines outlined in this policy and terms of use.
- After the company has notified the decision, allow a minimum of seven working days for the refund to be processed.
